Composition:

Dough made from rice, soy and wheat flour, fermented for 48 hours. Sea salt and rosemary. Olive oil.
Napoli sauce, mozzarella, Milano salami, smoked ham, artichokes, mushrooms, green olives, parsley.

Recipe:

1. Oven 220 °C.
2. Place the frozen pinza on a baking sheet.
3. Bake for 8–10 minutes (if with filling) or 5–6 minutes (if only the base).
4. Serve hot.
