Tender turkey meatballs with egg, parmesan and herbs, bathed in a rich tomato sauce. A taste that combines the spice, sweetness and warmth of tomatoes.

Composition:

Ground turkey, egg, parmesan, oregano, nutmeg, olive oil, salt, pepper.

Recipe:

1. Frying pan:
• Heat the oil.
• Place frozen cutlets.
• Fry over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, turning.
• If necessary, cover with a lid to keep the inside warm.
2. Oven (for a less greasy option):
• 180–190°C.
• Place the frozen cutlets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with butter or oil.
• Bake for 20–25 minutes, turning once.
