Composition:

Multi-colored dough, custard dough made from milk and eggs, Italian flour of hard and soft wheat varieties, fresh shaynat, beets, carrots.
Filling: minced chicken fillet, onion, lard, salt, pepper

Recipe:

1. Do not defrost.
2. Drop into boiling salted water.
3. Cook for 7–10 minutes after surfacing.
4. Serve with sour cream, sauce, or fry in butter after boiling.
