Chicken fillet, inside of which lies butter with parsley. Crispy breading and tender heart of the cutlet create a real feast of taste.

Composition:

Chicken fillet, butter, parsley, chicken egg, flour, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper.

Recipe:

1. Frying pan:
• Heat the oil.
• Place frozen cutlets.
• Fry over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, turning.
• If necessary, cover with a lid to keep the inside warm.
2. Oven (for a less greasy option):
• 180–190°C.
• Place the frozen cutlets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with butter or oil.
• Bake for 20–25 minutes, turning once.
