Pancakes with cheese and raisins
Thin pancakes with butter and a delicate cheese filling with raisins. Perfect for breakfast or a dessert that gives warmth and comfort.
Flour, eggs, butter, milk, sugar. Filling: cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, raisins, orange zest.
