Handmade pasta according to a traditional recipe made from Italian soft and durum wheat flour.

Recipe:

1. Do not defrost.
2. Boil plenty of salted water (1 liter per 100 g of pasta).
3. Cook for 5–7 minutes (fresh pasta cooks very quickly).
4. Drain, mix with the chosen sauce.
