A juicy homemade dish made with tender mashed potatoes and aromatic meat filling. Inside is fried pork with onions, seasoned with spices, and outside is a soft potato shell with a golden crust. Appetizing, satisfying and delicious in a homely way.

Composition:

Pork, potatoes, onion, chicken egg, wheat flour, sunflower oil, salt, pepper.

Recipe:

1. Frying pan:
• Heat the oil.
• Place frozen cutlets.
• Fry over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, turning.
• If necessary, cover with a lid to keep the inside warm.
2. Oven (for a less greasy option):
• 180–190°C.
• Place the frozen cutlets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with butter or oil.
• Bake for 20–25 minutes, turning once.
